We start you with a Baseline Fitness Assessment and offer a basic and balanced approach to good physical fitness and weight management. We help you achieve a fit and health lifestyle by focusing on the core elements – strength, endurance, flexibility and nutrition. Our PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS combine exercise as well as weight management and we do quarterly follow-up Fitness Assessments.
We check your MONTHLY WEIGHT, MEASUREMENTS AND BLOOD PRESSURES and modify your PERSONALIZED PROGRAM monthly. Our fitness equipment and exercise programs are proven safe and effective to assist you in your weight loss and fitness goals. Our WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM recommends individual nutrition and meal planning sessions along with weekly Weight Management classes.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES are available and will motivate you to take your workouts to another level.
We are a ladies only studio that provides a motivating staff that is trained thru professional organizations and CPR certified and we offer affordable memberships that can work with your budget. Our hours of operation are Monday, Thursday and Fridays from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm, Tuesday and Wednesdays from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. |

SLIM AND TONE also offers 30-minute circuit training as well as additional cardiovascular equipment, free weights, an area where you can stretch after your workout. This is so that you can take your workouts to the next fitness level. All Weight Management classes and Group Fitness classes, such as Pilates, Low-Impact Aerobics, Strength Training and Step Circuit, are all included in your membership. We also offer Personal Training, Massage Therapy and Individual Nutrition and Meal Planning sessions based on an individual’s daily food pyramid.
